How often can you visit for poop scooping?

We offer flexible options including one-off, weekly, or bi-weekly visits, depending on what suits you best.

What happens to the waste you collect?

All waste is bagged, removed, and disposed of safely and hygienically in line with local regulations.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No—you don’t need to be home. With your permission, we can securely access your garden or collect your dog even if you’re out.

Do you offer group dog walks?

No. All our walks are one-to-one so your dog receives personal attention and care.

How long are the dog walks?

We offer both 30-minute and 60-minute walks, tailored to your dog’s needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and simple online payments for your convenience.

Do I need to provide any products or equipment?

No, we bring everything needed for waste removal and safe walks. You only need to provide your dog’s lead or harness if preferred.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for both pet care and waste removal.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll happily rearrange.
